About the Role

We are seeking a Client Advisor who will contribute actively to maximize the performance of the boutique through the achievement of sales and strategic objectives, ensuring a great customer experience and optimum profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process.
  2. Develop sales initiatives, including high-price item sales activities.
  3. Greet, serve, and advise clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
  4. Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts.
  5. Receive and store the delivery of large amounts of stock.
  6. Stock shelves with merchandise.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Retail boutique.
  • Fluent in Chinese, Italian, and English.
  • Strong customer and goal orientation.
  • Elegance, outstanding manners, assured sense of style, appreciation of luxury items.
  • Ability to plan and organize work, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for Art and Design.
  • Reliable, rigorous, with a high sense of responsibilities.
  • Exceptional selling skills, outstanding customer focus, and excellent oral communication skills.
  • Able to work as part of a sales team and comfortable working with members of the public.
