Salary and Job Description

Your mission will be to take full responsibility for our entire product line as Head of Product Marketing. You will act as a bridge between different departments such as Design, Marketing, and Software Development.

  • You will manage a team made of Product Owners and Designers.
  • You will define the overall product strategy and propose, evaluate, and coordinate the development and implementation of new products and features.
  • You will allocate available resources and support in defining a roadmap to achieve growth targets.
  • You will set and track KPIs, and take ownership of the product to grow the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product professional, of which at least 2 years leading a Team Lead.
  • A good understanding of SaaS dynamics from both a business and software development perspective.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple small-sized marketing teams in an empathetic and team-oriented way.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • The willingness to embrace the complexities of scaling and get involved in operational tasks where necessary.
