The Role

We are looking for an experienced, highly energetic, and motivational Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, driving high-quality output, and providing reports and insights to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the design and specification of new architecture, features, and solutions
  • Drive high-quality output from our teams while having a strong delivery mindset
  • Provide reports and insights to management, plan, and track project progress using Agile metrics and estimation
  • Build relationships between technical teams and stakeholders, and increase collaboration and facilitate better communication
  • Monitor our teams' productivity and drive to uphold and improve our ways of working, engineering principles, and practices
  • Manage employee career and development plans for talents in your team
  • Support hiring and talent development
  • Retain the best talent and key knowledge holders
Requirements
  • Previous significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering role
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices, including Kanban/Kaizen
  • Bias for action and customer-centric approach
  • Experienced in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration, and Delivery
  • Track Record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people, including giving feedback and performance management
  • Commercial experience with PHP frameworks, such as Symfony and Laravel, experience with NodeJS and Vue
  • Strong Software Engineering skills, strong SW Design capabilities, fluent on practices and principles
  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
