Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Alpitronic. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring the fulfillment of their needs, and providing regular updates on service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and ensure the fulfillment of their needs
  • Provide regular updates on service delivery and respond to client inquiries and concerns
  • Manage service delivery budgets and ensure that resources are allocated effectively
  • Oversee the efforts of different teams to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and on time
  • Track and monitor services performance and define key performance indicators
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as required
  • Guarantee compliance with service level agreements and ensure that services meet quality standards
  • Build and maintain high-performing teams and provide guidance and coaching

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or relevant certifications
  • Previous professional experience in IT service delivery management with a leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of service management best practices
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English, German, and Italian
