Job Title: Impiegato/a customer service

Jobs Service is seeking a highly motivated and organized Impiegato/a customer service to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gestione degli appuntamenti: Schedule and manage client appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Presa visione alle chiamate in entrata ed in uscita: Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Accoglienza alla clientela: Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Gestione anagrafiche dei clienti: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Gestione dell'email: Manage and respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gestione dello studio: Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the studio.
