Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Castel Romano, Roma. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, improving customer experience, and maintaining store operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales and improving customer experience
  • Assist with store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Provide coaching and training to store staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail experience, including sales, customer service, and merchandising
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in Italian
