Rossignol Group - Assistant Store Manager W/M

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Rossignol Group in Castel Romano - Roma. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, improving customer experience, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock replenishment, stockroom organization, and cycle counting.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and address customer complaints and feedback.
  • Conduct regular sales and inventory analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
