Rossignol Group - Retail Store Manager

About the Role:

Rossignol Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Castel Romano - Roma. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Fluency in Italian
