Assistant Store Manager - Rossignol Group

Assistente di negozio Rossignol per il punto vendita di Castel Romano - Roma, con contratto a tempo determinato dal 01/09/2024 al 31/03/2025.

Rossignol è una società con sede nelle Alpi francesi, fondata nel 1907, che si concentra nello sviluppo di sci e abbigliamento sportivo.

Responsabilità
  • Responsabile della corretta pianificazione garantendo livelli di personale adeguati, supervisione dei collaboratori, coaching e fornendo indicazioni chiare sugli standard generali di merchandising, assortimento e aspettative del servizio clienti.
  • Punto di contatto quando lo Store Manager non è in loco.
  • Aderisce a tutte le politiche commerciali e procedure aziendali.
  • Valuta l'efficacia del team e fornisce il livello appropriato di feedback sulle prestazioni.
  • Gestione sia di area vendita che gestione dell'inventario.
  • Assiste lo Store Manager con la formazione sul posto di lavoro per i nuovi dipendenti e le attività operative.
  • Crea un ambiente di acquisto stimolante grazie a un'efficace capacità di merchandising, standard elevati nei punti vendita e presentazioni VM accattivanti.
  • Responsabile delle procedure di apertura e chiusura cassa.
  • Garantisce che l'esperienza del Brand desiderata venga promossa in negozio attraverso interazioni con i clienti individuali e di gruppo.
  • Mantiene il negozio in funzione senza intoppi e seguendo le attività aziendali settimanali e mensili.
  • Garantisce la conformità di tutte le politiche e procedure aziendali.
  • Mantiene l'aspetto ottimale del punto vendita rispettando gli standard di visual merchandising.
Requisiti
  • Oltre 3 anni di esperienza e operazioni di vendita al dettaglio, tra cui vendite, servizio clienti, merchandising, programmazione del personale, controllo dell'inventario.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare con un orario flessibile per soddisfare le esigenze di una fiorente attività Retail.
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione.
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese.
