The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our dynamic technical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Security Operations and a passion for cyber security and IT technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cutting-edge security systems on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities
  • Independent handling of security incidents within the Blue Team or Security Operations
  • Development of Python scripts for automating security procedures
  • Practical experience in managing security operations in the AWS cloud
  • Creating and automating incident response playbooks on SOAR platforms
  • Monitoring and responding to security alerts
  • Investigating security alerts and providing incident response
  • Participating in security incident handling and digital forensics activities
  • Monitoring for potential attacks, intrusions, and unauthorized activities
  • Monitoring and addressing Data Loss warnings
  • Staying updated on the latest security trends and technologies
  • Researching and assessing emerging cyber security threats
  • Evaluating security products
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on cyber security issues and offering recommendations for the future
About You
  • Experience in the Blue Team and Security Operations
  • Proficiency in Python scripting
  • Knowledge of security operations on the AWS cloud
  • Skills in incident management and response coordination
  • Experience in analyzing data from SIEM, TIP, or similar systems
  • Strong English language skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of academic qualifications
