Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified SERVICE SENIOR CONSULTANT to join our team of experts. As a Service Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Service Management Projects: You will coordinate interfunctional project teams to analyze and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient operations and high levels of service.
  • Process Optimization: You will identify areas for improvement, analyze data, and develop strategies to optimize processes, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
  • Customer Experience: You will analyze and design customer experience strategies, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Team Management: You will lead and manage teams of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, DMS, BPM, and CRM
  • Patent B and a valid driver's license
