About the Role

KPMG Business Services is seeking a highly skilled HCM Specialist to join our Internal IT team in Rome. As part of our HR Process Digitization project, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting our new HR management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user requests and ensure seamless access to the platform
  • Identify and resolve anomalies, collaborating with the development team as needed
  • Perform data processing and analysis to support HR staff
  • Verify the correctness and completeness of new features before release to production
  • Customize and configure the management system to meet business needs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an HCM Specialist with a focus on HR processes
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and digital transformation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English (B1 level)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors platform
  • Experience with Agile methodology
