As a Senior Product Manager for Solutions, you will leverage your technical expertise and communication skills to define product strategies for Supermicro's core offerings, focusing on vertical-specific customer solutions and formulating an impactful go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are essential duties and responsibilities (additional tasks may also be assigned):

  • Conduct market analysis and assess business trends to develop strategies and programs aimed at increasing market share through effectively positioned Supermicro solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize the needs of enterprise clients for both existing and emerging use cases, considering evolving deployment scenarios.
  • Oversee the time-to-market (TTM) for new product training initiatives for clients. Collaborate closely with customers to refine product specifications and work with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Lead research and analysis on technology, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform engineers in developing a strategic platform portfolio.
  • Foster exceptional customer service relationships with prospects and collaborate with sales teams to secure deals.
  • Build and maintain an ecosystem with team members and establish vendor-supplier relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of experience in product management with the ability to influence customers effectively.
• Proven track record in business development and direct customer engagement.
• Expertise in solutions related to Data Analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, Networking, etc.
• Comprehensive knowledge of server, storage, and data center products, coupled with strong business acumen to identify and develop new opportunities in the EU market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and cultivate complex relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving and measuring established goals.
• Serve as a technical advisor, providing insights on market and technology trends.
