About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist to join our team at Bosch Rexroth. As an HR Administration Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR Administration team across various HR processes, including Onboarding, Performance Management, and Offboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Administration team in HR processes such as Onboarding, Performance Management, and Offboarding, including payroll activities, SAP tickets, and new employees' requirements.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, such as job agencies and universities, for temporary contracts and internship activation.
  • Provide general support in the organization, scheduling, and operative tasks for different projects within the HR department.
  • Learn the usage of main HR & Bosch Corporate tools.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate in Human Resources, Economics, or Management Engineering.
  • Master use of Excel and fluent numerical thinking.
  • Good understanding and use of main IT tools (MS Office).
  • Good level of English (B2).
  • Details-oriented and result-oriented person with good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
