Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison for a designated portfolio of clients regarding operational inquiries, ensuring a streamlined incident management process and timely escalation of issues.
  • Deliver comprehensive client assistance, diligently tracking all inquiries or challenges until resolution, and consistently updating clients on progress, especially during detailed analyses.
  • Uphold adherence to Service Level Agreements while enhancing the quality framework to achieve both quantitative and qualitative targets.
  • Foster ongoing process improvements, evaluating and selecting enhancement opportunities that yield long-term benefits and reduce operational risks.
  • Participate in operational improvement initiatives, reviewing specifications and drafting terms of reference for upcoming products and projects, providing client support during development and testing phases, and conducting compliance tests with clients.
Your Qualifications
  • Solid financial expertise with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse activities within Euronext's direct and indirect client base.
  • Relevant experience in Client Services.
  • Commitment to high standards of client service delivery and the ability to cultivate strong relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills coupled with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficient in project management with the capability to oversee progress.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction both internally and externally.
