Export Logistics Service Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Logistics Service Coordinator to join our team at BDP International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Customer Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely and effective communication of order status and any issues that may arise.
  2. Order Processing: Process agent and early warning messages, and communicate information to customers and partners in parallel.
  3. Problem-Solving: Handle anomalies and disputes in a professional and timely manner, and propose corrective and preventive measures to prevent future issues.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and other subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Inform and advise customers on the formalities of international movement of goods, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
  6. Quality Monitoring: Monitor the quality of service center services and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Process Development: Create SOPs when required to support the offshoring process, and troubleshoot to proactively find suitable solutions in a timely manner for the customer.

**Requirements:**

  1. 1 year of experience in logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation or a degree in Logistics.
  2. Preferably a professional degree from a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.
  3. Computer literacy with Microsoft software applications and/or other market-leading software applications.
  4. Good communication skills in English (B2 level minimum).
