Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the order management process, from receiving orders to processing them in our system (SAP).
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Monitor and verify delivery to customers in coordination with our logistics team.
  • Review, monitor, and correct, if necessary, invoicing and customer credits.
  • Manage customer complaints and requests, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support our sales team.
  • Maintain customer databases in our designated management system (SAP).
  • Maintain price lists in our designated management system (SAP).
  • Monitor and report on customer complaints and product issues, and transfer to the Quality team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Higher Education.
  • Preferably knowledge of SAP SD and other management systems based on responsibilities (OCR, EDI,...).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Preferably knowledge of the English language.
