Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the order management process, from receiving orders to processing them in our system (SAP).
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, delivery, and invoicing.
- Monitor and verify delivery to customers in coordination with our logistics team.
- Review, monitor, and correct, if necessary, invoicing and customer credits.
- Manage customer complaints and requests, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support our sales team.
- Maintain customer databases in our designated management system (SAP).
- Maintain price lists in our designated management system (SAP).
- Monitor and report on customer complaints and product issues, and transfer to the Quality team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Higher Education.
- Preferably knowledge of SAP SD and other management systems based on responsibilities (OCR, EDI,...).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Preferably knowledge of the English language.
