We are seeking a highly skilled Responsabile controllo qualità to join our team at Adhr Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.
Main Responsibilities:- Document Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our systems and technical documentation.
- Annual Review: Prepare and submit an annual report for review by our management team.
- Complaint and Non-Conformity Management: Handle and resolve customer complaints and non-conformities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Audit and Calibration: Conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and calibration of measurement instruments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development: Plan and deliver training programs to ensure our team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Relations: Communicate with customers to resolve quality-related issues and provide technical support.
- Quality Indicators and Objectives: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives to measure our quality performance.
- Product Release: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards before releasing them to the market.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of new alloy proposals from customers.
- Environmental Aspects: Collaborate with our HSE team to identify and mitigate environmental risks and opportunities.
- Quality Management Systems: Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
- Aluminum Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to aluminum alloys.
- Leadership and Organizational Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary based on your experience.
- Full-Time Position: A full-time position with a regular working schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Our office is located in Santhià (VC).
