Key Responsibilities:- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and test new wheelchair models, focusing on improving functionality, comfort, and usability.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting research on emerging technologies and materials that can be applied to our products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet all necessary specifications and standards.
- Documentation: Prepare reports and documentation of design processes, test results, and product specifications.
- Innovation: Generate new ideas for product features and enhancements.
- User-Centered Design: Engage with end-users and gather feedback to inform the design and development process.
- Compliance: Ensure all product designs comply with relevant safety and accessibility standards.
- Relevant degree or experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Passion for making a positive impact on people's lives
- Proficiency in Italian; knowledge of English is a plus
