We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic TV Audience Measurement Project Lead to join our Italian TAM Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and executing TV Audience Measurement projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of TAM projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery against established goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other operational teams, to align project activities with overall business objectives.
  • Track project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues before they impact project success.
  • Ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently across projects, balancing workload and priorities.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders on project status and key milestones.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the media or technology sectors.
  • Experience with TV Audience Measurement or similar data-driven industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
