We are seeking a highly motivated Laboratory Technician in Cell Biology to join our team at Humanitas University in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and applying cutting-edge cellular and molecular methods to generate 3D in vitro and ex vivo tumor models.
Key Responsibilities:- Process patient-derived samples according to established guidelines, including tissue dissociation, isolation of PBMCs and TILs, and sample freezing and storage.
- Generate and maintain patient-derived tumor organoids, fragments, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, and PBMCs.
- Execute experiments on cell cultures, including nucleic acid and protein extraction.
- Update the database of patient samples and reagents.
- Document experiments and maintain accurate records.
- Master's degree in molecular biology, biotechnology, or a related field.
- Excellent technical expertise in molecular and cell biology techniques.
- Hands-on experience handling and processing patient samples.
- Experience with cell culture and flow cytometry techniques.
