Job Title: Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at MANN+HUMMEL. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial updates to management and supporting the local CFO in preparing budgets and financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial updates to management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting financial data
  • Support the local CFO in preparing budgets and financial reports
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal control
  • Implement the controlling set-up over the new plant
  • Maintain internal control safeguards for revenue, costs, and budgets
  • Support the CFO in establishing financial and operating benchmarks
  • Enhance internal controls to maximize protection of company assets
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field with specialization in Controlling and Internal Audit
  • Min 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing company
  • Strong knowledge of S4/HANA (Fi.CO) and Power BI
  • Deep knowledge of managerial accounting, cost accounting, and sales control
  • Excellent English language skills
