Railway Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Train Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of train testing and certification phases.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the Test Vehicle Engineer (TVE) on board the train during validations and certification tests.
- Prepare the test implementation, including staffing, tool availability, and on-board spare parts.
- Verify the train's and its environment's ability to complete the test.
- Provide instructions to the driver and produce failure reports to the Tests Manager.
- Coordinate all on-board actors and ensure the safety of all personnel attending the tests.
- Manage the First Aid Box and be aware of alert channels in case of an accident.
- Ensure proper configuration management of the test train set.
- Mandatory: Technician or Engineering degree (preferably in electrical/electronic) and experience in managing occupational safety issues.
- Knowledge of English and good communication and synthesis skills.
- Availability for medium-long term travel abroad.
- Preferable: Knowledge of railway and experience in tests on vehicles.
