Job Title: Virtual Reality Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Reality Sales Manager to join our team at Txt E-Solutions Spa. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the industrial market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Articulate the value proposition of our Pacelab WEAVR product, integrations, and services
  • Deliver high-quality conversations to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop a contact and call strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Execute effectively against all targets, goals, and strategic objectives set by leadership
  • Deliver presentations, attend industry events, and build the company profile in market as needed

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in account management and sales in an industrial market
  • Technical background
  • Proficiency in English, German is a plus
  • Knowledge of the VR/AR industry, market players, and technologies
  • Ambition to achieve and succeed, strong work ethic, and competitive nature
  • Mastery of sales techniques including cold calling, objection handling, quarterly planning, pipeline management, sales forecasting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and digital tools
