Industrial Virtual Reality Business Development Manager

TXT Group is seeking an experienced Virtual Reality Sales Manager to combine expertise in digital trends and technologies with an intimate understanding of clients' industries and their needs.
This role involves utilizing strong knowledge of Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality, and their value in industrial applications, along with turn-key solution offerings and CRM understanding, to effectively articulate the value proposition of our Pacelab WEAVR product, integrations, and services to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively and independently distill and deliver the value proposition of our Pacelab WEAVR product, integrations, and services to clients.
- Acquire new customers and develop positive and sustainable professional relationships.
- Deliver high-quality conversations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop a contact and call strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Execute effectively against all targets, goals, and strategic objectives set by leadership.
- 4+ years of experience in account management and sales in an Industrial market.
- Technical background.
- Proficiency in English, German is a plus.
- Knowledge of the VR/AR industry, market players, and technologies.
- Ambition to achieve and succeed, strong work ethic, and competitive nature.
- Mastery of sales techniques, including cold calling, objection handling, quarterly planning, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and digital tools.
- Aptitude for industrial competitiveness, relational and intellectual empathy.
- Strong decision-making ability independently and in a team.
- Willingsness for improvement and flexibility.
