Job Title: B2B and Supply Chain Consultant

Intesa SpA, a leading company in the digital transformation sector, is seeking a highly skilled B2B and Supply Chain Consultant to join its team. As a key member of the Organizzazione Solutions department, you will play a crucial role in developing the company's strategic positioning and industrializing digital services for B2B clients.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in presales and digital product management, with a focus on supply chain digitization. You will be responsible for coordinating the lifecycle of digital services, from requirements to standardization and sales, and will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the lifecycle of digital services, including analysis, documentation, and content creation
  • Represent the company and act as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Coadiuvate the management of commercial negotiations and the sales process
  • Identify and address client needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to meet client needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients
Requirements
  • Strong background in presales and digital product management
  • Experience in supply chain digitization, including EDI, B2B portals, and TMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing services and processes regulated by law
  • Experience in inbound and outbound cycles of production and distribution companies
  • Knowledge of IT architectures and digital services
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Sprint
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
