Position Overview
This role is designed to support the operational management of customers within the Digital Direct Banking sector, encompassing both Retail and Legal Entities, with a focus on oversight, control, and monitoring of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
You will be part of the Digital Customer Operations division, which is responsible for managing Direct Bank customers and providing support to various departments within the Bank, such as Accounting, ALM & Treasury, Capital Markets, and Factoring. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Digital Branch team in managing Direct Banking customers.
- Overseeing cash operations, operational controls, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring.
- Handling collections, payments, credit card transactions, and registry verifications.
- Conducting AML checks and monitoring current account overdrafts.
- Providing specialized customer support and resolving technical issues.
- Actively participating in the development of operational functional requirements for new business initiatives and enhancements to Core Banking projects.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking sector.
- Preferred experience as a Cashier in either a physical or digital branch.
- A solid understanding of financial processes.
- Knowledge of banking regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
