Envolve Consulting is seeking a skilled Programmable Solution Architect to lead the development of innovative electronics solutions for the HVAC market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with customers and other divisions to understand and contribute to the realization of product requirements. Your expertise in breaking down complex requirements into functional blocks will enable our software and firmware developers to create efficient and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product requirements in collaboration with other divisions and departments.
  • Participate in research activities to optimize algorithms and solutions.
  • Develop an end-to-end vision of the HVAC product portfolio and make informed decisions on solution implementation.
  • Manage a team of software and firmware developers, educating and leading them in the development of requested solutions.
  • Define code writing standards, validation criteria, and automatic test methods.
  • Ensure the software and firmware architectures of the HVAC product portfolio are robust, reliable, maintainable, and agile.
  • Define reference hardware for the HVAC product portfolio in collaboration with hardware design and product management teams.
  • Contribute to writing software and firmware and integrate functional blocks.
  • Train Tech Service, System Integrators, Product Managers, and customers on products and their functionality.
  • Promote iPRO as a programmable platform for the HVAC market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • +5 years of software and firmware experience in the HVACR industry.
  • Expertise and knowledge of electronic controls.
  • Expertise and knowledge of HVACR components, applications, and systems.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language as a plus.
  • Minimum availability for travel to customers, customer sites, and other divisions.
