Il Real Estate Development Manager partecipa attivamente alla realizzazione delle strategie di espansione territoriale nell'area geografica assegnata: ricerca per acquisire aree in cui aprire Punti Vendita, valuta le diverse opportunità e gestisce le operazioni immobiliari fino alla loro chiusura. Si relaziona con le altre aree aziendali, le Pubbliche Amministrazioni, le proprietà e gli operatori di settore per individuare e creare nuove opportunità.

Compiti Principali
  • Conduzione e coordinamento delle attività necessarie per l'apertura di nuovi Punti Vendita
  • Presidio del territorio di competenza per raccogliere informazioni relative alla disponibilità di terreni o immobili
  • Creazione di nuove opportunità di sviluppo immobiliare attraverso la relazione con enti pubblici e privati
  • Analisi della documentazione tecnica e legale attinente agli immobili o alle aree individuate
  • Studio e verifica della fattibilità delle operazioni dal punto di vista tecnico ed economico
  • Negoziazione e conduzione delle trattative con Enti pubblici e privati
  • Relazione con le Pubbliche Amministrazioni per gestire le autorizzazioni necessarie per le operazioni immobiliari
  • Gestione della contrattualistica.
Requisiti del Candidato
  • Laurea di indirizzo tecnico (Architettura, Pianificazione Territoriale Urbanistica e Ambientale, Ingegneria Civile o Edile) o economico gestionale (Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale)
  • Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo
  • Spirito imprenditoriale e orientamento all'obiettivo
  • Elevata propensione alla negoziazione commerciale
  • Ottima conoscenza delle dinamiche immobiliari e degli aspetti legali annessi alle diverse operazioni
  • Conoscenza del territorio e dei meccanismi di funzionamento delle Pubbliche Amministrazioni.
