About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Milan, Italy, as part of our strategic growth initiative in Europe. This role will play a pivotal part in scaling our Field Sales operations across the continent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive recruitment efforts and build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure hiring excellence.
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of positions, setting and monitoring SLAs to overcome hiring obstacles.
  • Establish efficient hiring processes from application to onboarding, ensuring process and candidate experience excellence.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, engage with hiring managers on best practices, and prioritize hiring needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates for high-volume positions, with experience in sourcing candidates and managing talent pipelines.
  • User-centric mindset, willing to go the extra mile to achieve a best-in-class hiring experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and complex projects.
  • Fluency in English and another European language (German, French, or Italian).
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Affinity for data and understanding of recruiting metrics and analytics.
