Welcome to Starhotels S.P.A. We're seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our Reception Team at Hotel Business Palace in Milan. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll create unforgettable experiences during arrival, stay, and departure. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to guest inquiries.
  2. Handling check-in, check-out activities, and other related tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  3. Managing guest messages and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Supporting the team during night shifts and embracing the unique charm of the evening.
  5. Staying up-to-date on hotel services, guest needs, and special events to provide personalized experiences.
  6. Ensuring the lobby and Front Desk meet high standards of safety and compliance.
  7. Adhering to policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
Requirements
  1. A unique personality and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  2. Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
  3. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  4. Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges, with a focus on complaint resolution.
  5. A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service and exceeding expectations.
  6. Impeccable grooming standards to maintain a professional image.
