Global IT Lead Network Service Management Specialist

The Global IT Lead Network Service Management is a key position in the Global IT Infrastructure and Operations team, responsible for delivering and maintaining reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT infrastructure and operations services to support the business needs and objectives of Davide Campari Milano N.V.
Key Responsibilities- Network Services Strategy and Roadmap: Define and implement the network services strategy and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with the IT strategy, architecture, and standards.
- Network Services Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and manage the network services in Davide Campari Milano N.V., including LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, Firewalls, and Azure networking, ensuring that they meet the performance, availability, security, and compliance requirements.
- Network Services Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and optimize the network services, ensuring that they are reliable, secure, and cost-effective.
- Vendor Management: Manage the network service providers and vendors, ensuring that they deliver quality services and adhere to the contractual obligations and SLAs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the Network Services Team, ensuring that Team Members have the skills, competencies, and tools to perform their roles effectively.
- Network Governance: Establish and maintain network blueprints, policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring that they are followed and enforced across the organization.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in network services design, implementation, and management, preferably in a global and complex environment.
- Leadership Experience: 4+ years of experience in leading and managing a team of network engineers.
- Technical Skills: Experience with a broad range of network technologies and services (Wi-Fi, SDWAN, Firewall, SASE, Azure networking, Express Route).
- Soft Skills: Autonomous person with excellent leadership and management skills, ability to set direction and mobilize the commitment of the team and stakeholders, delegate and empower the team, ability to coach and develop the team members, manage conflicts and resolve issues.
