Global IT Manager Integrations

We are seeking a highly skilled Global IT Manager to join our team at Davide Campari Milano N.V. in the role of IT Manager for Global Integrations. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the beverage industry and contribute to the success of our global IT operations.
Key Responsibilities- IT Due Diligence: Conduct thorough IT due diligence for potential M&A initiatives, identifying key technology risks and opportunities.
- Project Management: Develop and execute IT project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships for IT vendors involved in integration projects, ensuring timely delivery of services and products in compliance with contractual obligations.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management, training, and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders, empowering them to effectively leverage IT solutions in their daily work.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings through the integration of IT systems and technologies.
- Industry Expertise: Participate in relevant industry events and professional development opportunities to maintain expertise in legal and M&A technology best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on technology initiatives and IT due diligence findings and integration projects.
- Culture Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization's M&A technology landscape.
- Policy Development: Suggest the development and maintenance of IT-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Process Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and improve IT processes and systems to maximize integrations' efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the integrations follow standardized and repeatable approach (IT Integration Playbook).
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT project management, vendor management, and change management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects and a deep understanding of the beverage industry.
Requirements- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, vendor management, and change management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies, vendor management processes, and change management techniques. Proficiency in Project Management Software and Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
