We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Retail Search Srl. As a key member of our luxury boutique team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Stock Management & Logistics
    Supervise and support the team in managing all incoming and outbound merchandise flows, including e-commerce shipping to our regional digital warehouse. Ensure the accurate application of storage rules and stock procedures to prevent loss and maintain a high level of quality.
  2. Process/Internal Control
    Develop and implement Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) related to boutique operations, including staff training on policy and process. Supervise after-sales requests, monitor client correspondence, and follow up with administrative tasks.
  3. Till & Cash Management
    Oversee till operations and be responsible for expense control. Ensure accurate and efficient management of cash and credit transactions.
  4. Store Systems Referent
    Be the point of contact for all back-office tools, ensuring staff training, adoption, and correct use. Support the digital coordinator in deploying retail special projects as needed.
  5. Facilities Management
    Supervise supplies needs, including uniform and consumable supplies. Maintain and upkeep the store to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
