Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team at Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. in a challenging role that will involve analyzing and evaluating business processes to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Functional and Business Analysis: Conduct functional and business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Project Development and Monitoring: Develop and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Presentations and Reporting: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and develop reports to communicate results.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze and visualize data to identify trends and patterns and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Support the business operation incident and problem management.

Requirements

  • Education: BA/MSc in Management Engineering/Economics or similar.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar position in the finance/banking sector.
  • Skills: Significant existing knowledge and experience with business and functional analysis, deep and extensive knowledge of the post-trade securities area, strong knowledge of financial products and business processes within the Central Securities Depository scope, knowledge of Asset and Corporate Action management, and certification or knowledge of Scrum and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Personal Qualities: Team working, problem-solving, proactive, and excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
