YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are in search of a dynamic, driven, and inquisitive individual to take on the role of Production Supervisor at our facility.

In this position, you will gain valuable experience in overseeing a complex Manufacturing Department, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing efficiency metrics and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators
  • Planning production schedules, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures to maintain required performance levels
  • Monitoring quality metrics
  • Understanding and applying delegation strategies
  • Ensuring the quality of products manufactured in your area
  • Analyzing cost indicators related to auxiliary materials (maintenance costs, indirect material costs, scrap costs, etc.)
  • Possessing advanced knowledge of work cycles and methodologies
  • Familiarity with specific procedures and management protocols to address environmental challenges
  • Understanding operational procedures for safety interventions in high-risk scenarios
