Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Operator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical facilities and production lines, troubleshooting electrical faults, and performing scheduled preventive maintenance interventions. The successful candidate will also assist production personnel with electronic equipment and implement process improvements on production lines.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the start-up and ongoing operation of critical facilities and production lines;
- Identify and rectify electrical and instrumental faults on plants and lines, including during production phases;
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and document interventions;
- Provide training and support to production personnel on the use of electronic equipment;
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and optimize electrical panel and machine-board systems;
- Manage external technical service personnel and resolve outstanding issues;

Requirements:
- High School degree in electrical or electronics engineering;
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles in complex organizations;
- Availability to work shifts;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude;

Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and location. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your value to our organization.
