Job Title: Sales and Events Manager

As a Sales and Events Manager at Villa La Massa, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales actions and managing groups and events programs. Your ideal candidate is passionate about luxury hospitality, motivated, dynamic, and independent, with a strategic focus on excellence and results achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an Ambassador of Villa La Massa and Villa d'Este Group, with a deep understanding of its heritage, values, and operations.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients and guests, showing an authentic interest in their preferences to ensure a personalized approach.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to sales enquiries, with tailor-made proposals and follow-up.
  • Promote facilities to new and existing clients through a proactive approach.
  • Maintain and develop contact with trade and potential clients through attendance at local networking and promotional events.
  • Coordinate events and client inspections, ensuring the highest level of service.
  • Work closely with the proactive sales team to maximize leads conversion.
  • Use the property CRM system to manage accounts, leads, and sales activities.
  • Contribute to the strategy and planning of the events function.
  • Proactively drive business by thinking creatively and developing new strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in luxury hotels in a similar position.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • High level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Strong written and spoken Italian and English.
  • Legal right to work in Italy.
