About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Account Manager to join our team at ServiceMaster Residential Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding and growing our customer base by recruiting new referral sources and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing referral relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and other trade partners.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies that support and grow the company's sales objectives.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute various community-based marketing events throughout the year, such as golf tournaments, chamber events, and charitable events.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of promotional products and materials.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in referral networking through service organizations and referral network groups.
  • Digital Marketing: Work with our vendors to stay top of mind in our digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, and other digital opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in face-to-face sales and marketing, preferably in the disaster restoration industry.
  • Skills: Proficient with computer software programs, including MS Office suite, Xactimate, and Dash. Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Education: College education preferred but not required.
  • Personality: Highly competitive, positive, and results-driven individual with a good personality and attitude.
