As a Sales Representative for Bio-Medical Instruments in Italy, you will be responsible for promoting assigned product portfolios within the bio-medical sector. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, both quarterly and annually, by developing new sales opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
• Compete and develop new sales opportunities within the territory to meet or exceed the plan.
• Focus on assigned big revenue accounts and ensure efficient resource utilization to close sales in favor of the company.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships on the short and long term, focusing on strategic account development through cross-functional initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and deliver market information to support product development and strategy.
Requirements:
• Excellent professional selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally in Europe or the USA.
• Academic degree (BSc) or equivalent level of experience in Life Sciences.
• Broad experience in sales function, preferably in a related industry.
• Language requirements: English and Italian.
