Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team at Frito-Lay North America, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores and work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales.
  • Order and maintain records throughout the day, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers, building relationships and growing sales on the route.
  • Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time, working in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment.
Requirements
  • Be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation and pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
  • Have a strong work ethic and ability to work independently, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
