Job Summary:
Instruments Sales Representative for Italy

We are seeking a skilled Instruments Sales Representative to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our bio-medical instruments portfolio in the Italian market.

Main Responsibilities:
Compete and develop new sales opportunities within the territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
Focus on assigned big revenue accounts and ensure that all necessary resources are used efficiently to close sales in favor of the company.
Maintain and develop customer relationships on the short and long term, focusing on the strategic development of key accounts through Account Planning (cross-functions).
Monitor and align small accounts growth together with Inside Sales Rep, helping to implement account-specific B-2-B solutions.
Gather, analyze, and deliver information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products appropriate to the market, including forecasting and lost order reporting as well as competitive information.

Requirements:
Excellent professional selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact with AB colleagues at all levels.
Willingness to travel in the assigned territory and occasionally in Europe or in the USA.
May hold an academic degree (BSc) or have an equivalent level of experience in Life Sciences. A PhD is considered desirable.
Broad experience in sales function, preferably in a related industry.
Language requirements: English and Italian.
Preferred Home location: Florence.
