Business Development Manager Italian Speaker

Lighthouse Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager Italian Speaker to join our dynamic Revenue team. As a Business Development Manager Italian Speaker, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Italian market by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and industry networking
- Respond to incoming product enquiries, referrals, and leads in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Italian market and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to build and adjust the vision for the sales team
- Provide client feedback to the Product Development team to inform product development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication, Economics, or other relevant fields
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in business development in the hospitality industry
- Passion for the travel industry and the Italian market
- Fluency in Italian and English, with other languages a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and diplomacy
