Business Development Manager for Italian Market

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the manufacturing industry, establishing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers, and selling software products and integration services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead generation in the manufacturing industry
• Establishing contacts with potential customers and maintaining positive relationships with acquired and existing customers
• Selling software products (Industry 4.0, MES class) and integration and implementation services for the manufacturing industry
• Analyzing the needs and expectations of customers
• Conducting presentations and business meetings
• Gathering the customer's business requirements and defining the business scope within the presales processes (Smart Calling Methodology)
• Preparation of offers
• Supporting marketing activities in the italian region (website, Linkedin, SEO)
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in IT, engineering, or a comparable degree, with high sales competence and at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or product ownership of IT systems. You should have knowledge of digital marketing tools, strong analytical skills, and strategic thinking. Very good knowledge of English is required.
