Business Development Manager Italy

**Overview**
We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our commercial strategy team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the Italian hospitality industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Source potential client opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and industry network groups
* Respond to incoming product enquiries, referrals, and leads in a timely and effective manner
* Develop and present tailored proposals to clients
* Organize product demonstrations and training sessions
* Maintain existing client relationships and generate new sales through upselling our products
* Negotiate contracts while balancing optimal service, value for the client, and Lighthouse's profit margins
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication, Economics, or a related field
* 3-4 years of relevant experience in business development in the hospitality industry
* Passion for the travel industry and a strong network of hotels in the Italian market
* Fluency in Italian and English, with other languages a plus
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as diplomacy
