Responsibilities:
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and Implement Process Improvements: Analyze and improve supply chain operations to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Inventory and Materials: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English languages; additional language skills a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other software applications used in supply chain management.
