Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Brand Experience Manager to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our Wholesale Channel team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and brand awareness in the wholesale market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative visual merchandising plans to enhance the brand experience in wholesale stores
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement in-store displays, point-of-purchase materials, and digital content
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of visual merchandising materials
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and manage budgets for visual merchandising initiatives
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on visual merchandising performance and ROI
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, trade marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful visual merchandising strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
