About the Role

This position reports to the EL Product Marketing Manager and is responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in line with the global product strategy in assigned markets to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute go-to-market product marketing strategies, including preparation of technical and commercial offers, techno-commercial meetings with partners and end users, definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
  2. Ensure the Local Product Group budget (volumes) and profitable growth targets are achieved in the assigned Countries.
  3. Complete the offering cycle against strategic inquiries and relevant technical / commercial alignment, participating in sales strategy discussions for the assigned Countries and agreeing on short and long term actions with specific channels along specific segments.
  4. Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market and information provided by local Sales organization.
  5. Ensure efficient marketing actions and communication to local Sales organization and customers.
  6. Oversee sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s).
  7. Perform regular project follow-up, providing reliable monthly order forecast for production planning and proposing recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  8. Prepare reports and market analysis on frequent basis within the assigned area, in order to complete a close project follow-up.
  9. Organize Meetings, Seminars and Presentations with Customer, End User and Consultants.
  10. Execute annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering; Energy, Electrical and Mechanical are preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in Sales, Product Marketing and Technical Sales Support related to Medium Voltage products is preferred.
  • Passionate about problem-solving and working in a multicultural team.
  • At ease communicating in Italian and English.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.
  • Problem solving, ability to create and extend customer network and commercial leads generation.
