**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our team at ABB Schweiz AG. As a key member of our Electrification Distribution Solution Division, you will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in the assigned area to meet business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
  • Implement go-to-market product marketing strategy, including preparation of technical and commercial offers, definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
  • Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the local Sales organization.
  • Oversee sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s).
  • Perform regular project follow-ups, provide reliable monthly order forecasts for production planning, and propose recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering; Energy and Electrical are preferred.
  • Proficient in Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
  • Passionate about problem-solving and working in a multicultural team.
  • At ease communicating in Italian and English.
