About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Booking Agent to join our team at Starhotels. As a key member of our Reservation Center, you will be responsible for handling room reservations and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reservation Management: Efficiently manage room reservations, ensuring seamless communication with guests and internal teams.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize sales techniques to promote our property and increase bookings, while maintaining a professional and approachable tone.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient reservation process.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve challenges, ensuring that guest expectations are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
